If you find after the 18 months approval period you are running out of time to finish the building work, you can apply for an extension of time. This is an extra 12 month to complete your application, fees apply.
We do require mandatory certificates applicable to your application (refer to your decision notice) if they have not already been forwarded to Bonafide.
Certificates required are:
- Setout from licensed surveyor (height, land)
- Engineering- footing, slab
- Termite control- Form 16, warranty, location map
- Frame inspection completed
